Workshop: From Decisions to Action
For teams and managers who spend a lot of time in meetings but often lose track of decisions and action items.
We start with the problem — where does knowledge currently disappear in your team? Meeting minutes nobody reads? Decisions lost between Slack messages? We map where Claude can help.
Then we build a memo system step by step. We learn how to use Claude to structure meeting notes, extract decisions, track action items, and reference past decisions. We work with participants' own real materials — bring your meeting notes and documents, and by the end of the day you'll have a working system that makes meetings truly useful.
Mapping knowledge loss
60 minWhere does knowledge currently disappear in your team? We analyse together how information flows (or doesn't flow) from meetings onward. Each participant brings an example — meeting notes, minutes, Slack threads — and we map where the "black holes" form.
Building the memo system
90 minWe build a Claude project that can structure meeting notes. We learn how to turn raw notes into clear memo documents: decisions, action items, responsible persons, deadlines. We work with participants' own real materials.
Decision tracking and knowledge base
90 minWe take it a step further — how to create a system where decisions don't get lost? We build a decision log with Claude where you can reference past decisions, restore context, and track action items. We practise linking materials from multiple meetings.
System adoption
60 minHow does this fit into the team's daily work? We define a concrete workflow: who does what after a meeting, how notes reach Claude, how memos are shared. We agree on a pilot period to test the system.
Your team has a system where meeting decisions don't disappear. Claude helps structure notes, track decisions, and quickly access previous context.
